What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Kids Shoe Box charges residents taxes in Missouri. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address on the order. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and/or duties their respective country charges.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order. Once processed, please allow 5-7 business days for ground shipping orders to arrive. We currently do not offer a Saturday delivery option.
Where do you ship orders from?
We currently ship all of our products from our warehouse located in Missouri.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses in North America.
